Chief executive and founder of Nuchido
Nichola the burden of these diseases as we live longer lives. is the Chief Executive and Founder of Nuchido. Nuchido is focussed on bringing efficacious anti-ageing products to market, in timescales much shorter than that of pharmaceutically regulated products.
Dr Conlon received her PhD in Physiology from Newcastle University, home to the largest institute for ageing research in Europe. Nichola took her specific expertise in the molecular biology of drug transport and distribution in the body to e-Therapeutics plc, the network pharmacology pioneers, where she worked in early stage drug discovery, specialising in the study of ageing as a biologically complex disorder.
Nichola founded Nuchido to bring expertise in efficient molecular discovery alongside recent breakthroughs in the science of ageing and rejuvenation. Nuchido is focussed on delivering disruptive innovation in the field of anti-ageing, rejuvenation and healthspan.
At Nuchido, she works alongside multiple world-leading scientists including Professors Tom Kirkwood and Thomas von Zglinicki to lead the task of translating these recent scientific breakthroughs into interventions to improve healthspan in people, recognising that, whilst great progress has been made in treating the diseases that ageing potentiates, a focus now must be to reduce the burden of these diseases as we live longer lives.
